Privacy policy
Version: 21 October 2026
This policy describes the Azono website, its contact form and optional Google tools loaded after consent.
1. Controller and contact
The controller is Printjoy Krzysztof Nawrocki, Polish tax ID (NIP) 7792561426, operating under the Azono brand. Business address: ul. Jesienna 18/6, 60-374 Poznań. For privacy matters, email biuro@azono.com.pl or call +48 503 759 712.
2. Data we receive
The form collects your name, email address, message and selected service, plus an optional phone number and company website. Enquiries are sent to the business email inbox. The form does not store message contents in a separate website contact database.
Technical data may include IP address, request time, requested page and browser details. Form protection uses a temporary identifier derived from the IP address to limit abuse.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare proposals and discuss cooperation. Where you contact us on your own behalf to enter into a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request before entering a contract). Other correspondence, including communication on behalf of a company, relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and business relationships.
Website security and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims rely on Article 6(1)(f). Records required by law, such as accounting records after entering a contract, are processed under Article 6(1)(c).
4. Providing information
Providing data is voluntary. Your name, email and message are required to use the form. We need contact details to respond. You can alternatively contact us by email or phone. The form does not subscribe you to newsletters or unrelated marketing communications.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by hosting and email providers, authorised persons handling enquiries and, where necessary, technical support providers, professional advisers and legally entitled authorities. Providers only process data needed for their services under appropriate data protection arrangements.
The WhatsApp link opens an external service. A connection is made when you use the link and the provider’s own privacy terms also apply. You can use email, phone or the form instead.
6. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained as needed to handle the matter, for no more than 12 months after the last contact. Where cooperation begins, necessary data is retained for the contract duration and then for applicable legal retention periods or limitation periods for claims. Unnecessary data is deleted.
The form abuse-prevention identifier expires after one hour. Server log retention depends on hosting configuration; access is limited to maintenance and security needs.
7. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. Data portability applies in the circumstances specified by GDPR. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact the controller by email.
You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Contact details are available at uodo.gov.pl.
8. Analytics, cookies and privacy settings
After you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) through Google Tag Manager (GTM). Measurement helps us understand how visitors find our website, which content they view and whether they submit enquiries. We do not load these tools before consent or after consent is withdrawn and the page reloads.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. GA4 processes browser and session identifiers, visited page URLs and titles, traffic sources, interaction times and types, device, browser and language information, and approximate location. Connecting to Google involves your IP address; according to its documentation, GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.
The generate_lead event indicates that our mail-sending mechanism accepted a form submission. It does not confirm email delivery or a sale. We do not attach your name, email, phone number, company website or message to this event. We do not use the OpenAI Pixel or Conversions API. Advertising consent and personalisation remain disabled. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal effects.
Consent and withdrawal
Optional measurement, including storing and reading analytics cookies, starts only with your consent. Personal data processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Refusal does not restrict access to the website or form. Change your choice using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal reloads the page and removes analytics cookies accessible to our script on the website domain. It does not automatically erase data previously sent to Google or affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Please contact the controller to exercise your data rights.
Browser storage and retention
We store your choice and its timestamp for up to 180 days in localStorage under azono_consent_v1 to respect your decision. This is not an advertising identifier. Clearing website data or using a different browser prompts a new choice.
With consent, GA4 may set _ga (to distinguish browsers) and _ga_9377HC88F2 (to maintain session state). Their standard lifetime is up to 2 years from creation or update and may renew on later visits with consent. Browser restrictions may shorten this period. Cookie lifetime is separate from GA4 data retention and from the validity of your saved consent choice.
For detailed user and event data in GA4, we use a 2-month retention period without resetting user data retention on new activity. Deletion follows Google’s processing cycle. This limit does not cover standard aggregated reports, which may remain available longer. Google states that GTM HTTP request logs are deleted within 14 days; this is separate from GA4 data retention.
WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrator login. Page language is selected through the URL. Your animation preference is kept in sessionStorage under azono_motion_v1 for the browser tab session so it is respected when changing languages. Further details: GA4 privacy controls, GA4 retention and GTM data privacy.
9. Transfers and updates
Google services may involve processing outside the EEA, including in the USA. Google describes safeguards including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses in its data transfer frameworks. See also Google’s privacy policy. The current version of our policy is available on this page.
